TRACKSIDE OTB HANDICAPPING SEMINARS
In the Fall of 2010, Arlington's Handicapping Seminar Series will feature nationally prominent racing analyst M. Scott McMannis of HorsePlayer Magazine, whose Arlington selections appear on the Arlington Park web site, arlingtonpark.com, under the tab RACING/HANDICAPPING, Expert Selections. On Saturdays Scott's OTB Tour will travel to most of Arlington's OTB parlors for a pre-race seminar and an afternoon handicapping contest.
The pre-race seminar will offer an in-depth analysis of the afternoon's races, provide some basic handicapping education, and reveal some wagering strategies.
At each Tour stop Scott will also host a free handicapping contest which will offer prizes to the top five finishers. The first finisher is elegible to win a trip to Las Vegas to compete in the February, 2011, Coast Casinos Horse Payer World Series where the top prize is estimated to be $250,000.
