Trackside Chicago offers a casual, comfortable setting to wager on domestic and international horse racing. With more than 200 television monitors throughout the facility, Trackside Chicago brings all the action from the world's top racetracks to you seven days a week! Whether you prefer a personal carrel with your own TV, relaxing in the café, or enjoying a cocktail at the bar, Trackside Chicago has a place for you!

Hours of Operation
Sunday - Thursday: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Friday - Saturday: 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.

Admissions
The City of Chicago and Cook County requires us to collect a $2 Admission Tax from each guest.

Racing Information
Daily Racing Forms, Simulcast Programs, Illinois Programs and tip sheets are available at our programs counter. Complimentary race information (betting numbers and changes) is posted daily.

Teletheatre
Trackside Chicago offers a simulcast center complete with a projection screen TV. There is a $3 charge for the use of the Teletheatre, which includes your own personal television carrel. Food and beverage service is available from our professional wait staff.

Food and Beverage Service
Each room at Trackside Chicago offers its own unique atmosphere. Our kitchen is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are accepted daily and are required for Kentucky Derby Day and Breeders' Cup Day.

The newly renovated Mud Bug Café is a full service, non-smoking dining room where you can watch the races in a comfortable atmosphere while enjoying a home cooked meal, delicious sandwiches, salads or a light appetizer.

You can enjoy the day's racing and other sports broadcasts at one of the pub tables in the Sports Room. The Grandstand area offers a concession stand with beverages, snacks and sandwiches.

Private Parties
We can accommodate private parties from 20-100 people with a wide range of food and drink packages that include everything from pizza to prime rib! Contact one of our managers for more information.

Additional Services
Our Gift Shop features a wide array of Arlington Park and other seasonal racing items (Kentucky Derby, Breeders' Cup merchandise).

Headsets for personal TVs are available for purchase.

Illinois State Lottery Instant Tickets and Daily Lottery Tickets (Pick 3, Pick 4, Lotto, Little Lotto and Mega Millions) are available at our program stand.

Directions
From I-90/94: take the NORTH AVE exit. Go .75 miles EAST on NORTH AVE. Turn RIGHT onto SHEFFIELD AVE. Turn LEFT at the first corner/WEED ST. Trackside Chicago is on the RIGHT side of the street in the middle of the block.

From Lake Shore Drive: take the NORTH AVE exit. Go .95 miles WEST on NORTH AVE. Turn LEFT onto SHEFFIELD AVE. Turn LEFT at the first corner/WEED ST. Trackside Chicago is on the RIGHT side of the street in the middle of the block.

Parking
Trackside Chicago offers daily valet service in addition to limited street parking. There are four self-park lots within one block of Trackside Chicago including the Home Expo lot and the North Avenue Collection lot.

Public Transportation
Bus: Take the North Avenue Bus (72/NORTH), which stops at the corner of North and Sheffield Ave. Walk one block SOUTH on SHEFFIELD AVE. Turn LEFT on WEED ST. Trackside Chicago is on the RIGHT side of the street in the middle of the block.

Train: Take the Red Line to the CLYBOURN stop. Walk one block WEST on NORTH AVE. Turn LEFT on FREEMONT ST. Walk ½ block and turn RIGHT on WEED ST. Trackside Chicago is on the LEFT side of the street in the middle of the block.
