Live racing may be done for the year but there is still plenty happening at Arlington Park and its network of Illinois Trackside OTBs.
At the track, Arlington plays host to several expo events open to the public including Taste of Lexus (Oct. 3-5); Barrington Concours d'Elegance (Oct. 5); the Fall Antique Show (Oct. 10-12); the Arlington Home Improvement Showcase (Oct. 17-19); and special Breeders' Cup day brunch in the Million Room (Oct. 25).
Racing fans will want to be sure to stop by their favorite Trackside OTB location for handicapping seminars featuring Daily Herald handicapper Joe Kristufek, Chicago Sun-Times handicapper M. Scott McMannis, track announcer John G. Dooley and racing analyst Jessica Pacheco. Fans can also enter our weekly live money handicapping contests.
Also, the Breeders' Cup Legends Tour featuring Hall of Fame jockeys Pat Day, Angel Cordero Jr., and Laffit Pincay Jr. will stop at Trackside Arlington Park on Friday, Oct. 10.
Don't forget to make your Breeders' Cup reservations at your favorite Trackside OTB - remember the Breeders' Cup is now a two-day event - Friday, Oct. 24 and Sat., Oct. 25.
